Feeding Britain's Future
The UK food and drink industry’s united movement, led in partnership with IGD, to build a confident, skilled, and future-ready workforce. Through its clear focus on the pillars attract, develop and thrive, it aims to bring employers, educators and communities together, to inspire young people, build essential skills, support inclusive workplaces and strengthen the talent pipeline.

Learning

Thrive
Reverse Mentoring Programme
