Mmmake Your Mark

Over time, our industry has been significantly impacted by labour shortages and skills gaps, and we don’t have enough people who want to come and work with us. Poor awareness and negative perceptions mean careers in food are often over-looked. 

IGD’s cross-industry initiative 'Mmmake Your Mark' is an annual communications campaign that aims to attract talent by collaboratively raising awareness of the diverse career opportunities available across the food system.
