Terms and Conditions of Membership

Effective date: 28^th September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern applications for, membership of and renewal of membership with IGD Services Limited.

In these Terms and Conditions:

“IGD” and “we” mean IGD Services Limited;

“Member” and “you” mean the organisation whose application or renewal has been accepted by IGD;

“Membership Year” means the period from 1 January to 31 December; and

“Fees” means the membership fees and any applicable VAT.

References to “writing” include email.

General

1.       Privileges of membership are detailed in the list of benefits at www.igd.com/about-us/igd-membership.

2.       Membership takes effect when IGD accepts an application or renewal. We will notify you in writing, usually by email, to confirm whether your application or renewal has been accepted. Any application or renewal submitted by you, including a signed application form, signed renewal form or renewal via igd.com, constitutes an offer to become a member of IGD Services Limited on these Terms and Conditions, which we may accept or reject.

3.       IGD Services Limited reserves the right to reject a membership application where, in its absolute discretion, it deems this appropriate.

4.       Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December.

5.       Corporate Membership covers all employees of the named Member and the employees of any subsidiaries specifically included when the membership fee is calculated.

6.       Any company, and any employee of a company, not covered by the membership fee is not a Member and is not entitled to membership benefits.

7.       Membership is subject to IGD’s Trading Terms, available on the IGD website.

8.       We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify Members of any revisions in writing.

Payment

1.       Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December and Fees are payable annually in advance. We will issue a renewal notification in October. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, membership will automatically renew for successive periods of twelve (12) months unless either party gives at least three months’ prior written notice of termination before the end of the then-current Membership Year. Membership commencing outside this period is subject to specific payment terms.

2.       All membership fees are subject to VAT where applicable.

3.       For each renewal, the Fees shall be IGD’s then-current standard fees and charges or any other fees communicated by IGD before the renewal date.

4.       Membership fees may be revised annually. We will notify Members in writing of the applicable fee when issuing the renewal notification.

5.       A company joining part way through a Membership Year must join for the remainder of that Membership Year and the whole of the following Membership Year and must pay the applicable fee.

6.       Pro-rata fees do not apply to companies for whom membership had lapsed earlier in the year.

7.       If a membership fee remains unpaid for more than one month after its due date, membership may lapse and all membership benefits may be suspended until payment is received. IGD may also require reimbursement of any membership discounts received during that Membership Year.

1.       Company contact details provided by you are held by IGD and published in the Members’ Area of the IGD website. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the IGD website and can be found here.

2.       Applicants must ensure that, to the best of their knowledge, all information provided is complete and accurate as at the application date. If an applicant provides false or misleading information, IGD may terminate the membership without refund.

3.       All turnover figures provided are for membership fee calculation purposes only and are kept strictly confidential.
