IGD has developed this guide in collaboration with the food and consumer goods industry, encouraging transparency and consistency of environmental claims. It aims to support design decisions that lead to a significant reduction in environmental impacts in line with our shared ambition: to halve the environmental impacts of the UK packaging system by 2030.
