The Mmmake Your Mark campaign, which runs through September, brings together the food and drink industry - across business, trade bodies, and government - to amplify our collective voice and proudly champion the many exciting career opportunities.
While our dynamic and innovative industry already employs 4.4 million people, it still faces labour and skills challenges. Meanwhile, the industry’s future also calls for a more technical and agile workforce.
To meet these needs, we must attract the right people, whether they are just starting their careers or looking for a fulfilling change. Get involved and help us raise our industry’s profile!
Join the campaign and use our toolkit
Last year, companies across the country took part in Mmmake Your Mark, reaching over seven million social media users by sharing the campaign video and posting their own to highlight why they love working in our industry.
As well as being a great way of engaging new audiences who may be unfamiliar with our exciting industry, it’s also an excellent opportunity to spotlight your business and engage your teams.
Our campaign toolkit provides a variety of branded assets to help you take part, plus helpful guides on engaging internal and external audiences, and making your own videos and posts.
