Key details
Duration:
8 months
Cost:
Free
Running:
April – November
Format agreed with mentoring partner:
Minimum 4 sessions
We work with businesses from across the industry to match individuals with inspiring leaders and experts. The best part? It’s a cross-company programme.
Both mentors and mentees are matched with someone from a different, non-competing business, often bridging the gap between suppliers and customer partners, to spark new ideas and shared learning.
Please note that, due to high demand, we may not be able to guarantee a mentoring match for everyone who applies this year. While we aim to support as many individuals as possible, this will depend on both the volume of applications and the availability of suitable mentoring partnerships.
Benefits of being a mentor
