Join us for an interactive event where we’ll dive into the three types of leaders, explore what they look like, and discuss with others how you can use your leadership blueprint to maximise your impact.

Everyone brings something different to leadership, so in this virtual event you’ll have the chance to share your experiences and learn from others in group discussions. This event is a key part of the New Manager Skills course – Part 1 and is focused on helping you to develop your skills by understanding the strengths your leadership style brings.

This interactive event will be led by Chloe Temple, founder of Popp Ltd. With a background in food and consumer goods, Chloe’s mission is to empower leaders and teams to find fulfilment in both life and work so they can sustainably make their unique difference in the world.

What you’ll learn

Explore three types of leadership, their strengths and common pitfalls to avoid.

Discuss how to elevate your leadership style to create impact in your team and beyond.

Interact with other new or aspiring managers and have an opportunity to ask questions of our expert, Chloe Temple from Popp Ltd.
