In this virtual event you’ll be guided by an expert as you hear from others and share your opinions on managing change in group discussions. Together, you’ll explore your mindset around change and discuss how this may impact your team with other new or recent line managers.

This interactive event will be led by Lou Carter, Founder at Rising Vibe. Rising Vibe are culture consultants, supporting and challenging leadership to create or transform their culture.

This event is a key part of the New Manager Skills course – Part 2 and is focused on helping you to develop your skills as you lead a team through times of challenge and change.

What you’ll learn

How to lead change with confidence

 

During the session you will:

 

Understand your mindset around change and discuss barriers to change.

Practice using a coaching approach with other participants and build your confidence before using it with your team.

Interact with other new or recent line managers and have an opportunity to ask questions of our expert, Lou Carter of Rising Vibe.
