Our Appetite for Change research identified five behavioural levers to make it easier for people to transition towards healthier and more sustainable diets.

We are working with 20 leading organisations across industry and the University of Leeds to collaboratively test these levers in real-life settings and identify the most effective ways to drive positive and tangible change.

New findings: Driving change

Together with industry, we are helping shift consumer behaviour towards healthy and sustainable diets. This report explores initial findings, from IGD’s large- scale interventions with Sainsbury’s. We analyse what consumers do when fruit and vegetables are made more accessible.
