Recently joined the IGD Supply Chain team, bringing 20 years of Food Industry experience including the last 10 in senior operational Supply Chain roles. Areas of interest and expertise include: Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, cross-functional collaboration, and the role of Supply Chain in delivering major business initiatives.
Passionate about delivering results through coaching and enabling the people around me. Key skills include a clear-minded, analytical and quick-thinking approach, an ability to combine strategic focus with day-to-day operational imperatives, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Supply Chain Insight Manager
Chris joined the supply chain team in 2016. He is responsible for producing insight that highlights new thinking, as well as helping businesses understand market trends and increase the capability of colleagues.
Chris spent eight years with Tesco, leading a number of diverse teams to deliver availability, waste and inventory objectives. In this time, he also worked on several cross-functional initiatives and helped develop and embed processes to simplify the way promotions are planned and executed across the business.
