Target, Measure, Act – there’s no time to waste!

In 2018, IGD and WRAP launched the Food Waste Reduction Roadmap, outlining the aim of the UK food industry to halve food loss and waste by 2030. The roadmap calls on businesses to implement a Target, Measure, Act strategy, committing to measure food surplus and waste in a consistent way, share what they have learnt and act to reduce their own food waste, and that of their suppliers and customers.

As food waste reduction climbs the nation’s agenda due to the cost of living crisis, this webinar will highlight the importance of sharing food waste data with WRAP and call on organisations to sign up to the roadmap and share their data.

There will also be the chance to ask questions at the end of the webinar.
