Tom Szaky is founder and CEO of TerraCycle, a global leader in collection and repurposing of complex waste streams. TerraCycle operates in 20 countries, working with some of the world’s largest brands, retailers and manufacturers to create national platforms to recycle products and packaging that currently go to landfill or incineration.

Tom Rose joined SPAR International in January 2015, heading up the operations team with a focus on enhancing supply chain initiatives, stock management, digital systems and people development within the global SPAR organization.

Previously, Susan built her career in the food manufacturing and pub industries. Susan became CEO at Natures Way Foods and Eldridge Pope plc. having spent earlier years in her career at Whitbread and Geest. Susan started her career as a Chartered accountant at Coopers & Lybrand.
