This is an ideal refresher, or next step in your journey as a recent line manager, and follows on from our New Manager Skills course – Part 1.

Through bite-sized, practical resources and an inspiring virtual event, you will feel confident to put into practice what you learn straight away with your team.

This course is right for you if:

You have recently taken your first step into managing others, or you have been a manager for a while but would like a refresher

You have already taken part in our New Manager Skills course – Part 1 and are ready for the next step

You can commit to around 1 hour of learning per week (total of 6 hours across 6 weeks)

This course is designed to be a broad introduction so is suitable for those in any function within the industry

The detail

You will have 6 weeks to complete the course on our learning platform, for which you will receive details nearer the start date.

The course is broken down into modules, which you can work through at your own pace, giving you the flexibility to fit it around other commitments. Each module contains short knowledge shares, along with optional activities and a forum to help you reflect on and practice what you have learnt.
