- Involve more companies in customer-supplier ECR Mentoring to give 200 mentors and mentees a broader understanding of the supply chain whilst providing the opportunity for personal and professional growth
- Run the ECR Horizons cross-company development programme for 48 participants, 24 companies, in 3 streams totalling 14 events to give supply chain specialists a greater understanding and make them more collaborative in their everyday work, both with other functions and other companies
- Extend industry engagement and impact by developing existing and new initiatives to educate and engage young people and educational establishments to learn about supply chain career options in the industry
Recent outcomes:
- ECR Mentoring has been grown year-on-year from 34 mentors and mentees in 2013, 68 in 2014, 134 in 2015, to 160 in 2016. The programme won the ECR Europe Award for Best Activation 2014
- ECR Horizons has developed from 17 participants, 9 companies, 1 stream and 4 events in 2015 to 40 participants, 20 companies, 2 streams and 9 events in 2016
