Successful Supply Chain Management

Workshop Overview

Globally we are going through a period of significant turmoil with ongoing cost pressures on businesses. Never before has it been so important to optimise the supply chain for balancing costs through efficiencies and ensuring availability and supply.

Through the workshop you’ll learn how to leverage the key levers throughout the supply chain to ensure success. How to get the most from collaborative relationships with retailers to deliver the expectations of your business and the retailers.

Across three virtual training sessions, you will get to hear the latest principles and best practice, and get to practice applying the principles, working in groups with peers from other businesses, to develop deeper knowledge and skills.
