Before joining Unilever in 2015, she worked for The Coca-Cola Company for fourteen years, where she held senior roles, including global brand director for Coca-Cola, in the UK, the US and globally.

Tomasz Blicharski has served as Executive Vice President of the Management Board and Managing Director of Żabka Future since January 2021.

Żabka Future is an important pillar of the Żabka Group, responsible for its innovation and development. Tomasz Blicharski brings together a team of people responsible for researching, creating and developing new business areas and technological solution meeting the challenges the industry faces.

Before taking up his current position, he simultaneously held two posts: Vice President of the Management Board of Żabka Polska for Development (since 2017) and Vice President of the Management Board of Żabka Polska for Finance (since 2015). He has been involved with Żabka Polska since 2011, as a member of the Board of Directors.

He has extensive experience in investment banking and finance gained in Poland and abroad. He was associated with international banks ABN Amro and BNP Paribas, as well as Procter & Gamble. Since 2007, he held the position of director at Mid Europa Partners fund, where he was responsible for investments in Central and Eastern Europe (including Norican Group, Polskie Koleje Górskie and Żabka Polska).

In 2018 and 2020, he was awarded in the Digital Shapers’ annual survey of outstanding digital and new technology personalities in the “digital transformation” category.

He is an alumnus of Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Warsaw School of Economics.

Steve Challouma is the General Manager of Birds Eye UK & Ireland, part of the Nomad Foods group and the leading branded business in Frozen Foods, encompassing the Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s and Goodfella’s brands. He has spent over 25 years in the Frozen Food industry in a range of commercial roles spanning sales, category management and marketing. He was previously Marketing Director, where he led the brand team that turned around the Birds Eye brand, delivering four consecutive years of growth and winning the coveted Grocer Gold award in 2019 for Brand of the Year.

Steve is a passionate advocate for Frozen Food and has a long history with the business, starting his career as a Unilever graduate trainee in 1996 for Birds Eye Wall’s in Sales, before moving into Marketing in 2002. Highlights include the revitalisation of Captain Birds Eye as a brand icon after a 10-year hiatus, the launch of the Birds Eye Green Cuisine brand in the plant protein segment - and the acquisition and integration of the Goodfella’s and Aunt Bessie’s brands in 2018.
