Joanne Denney-Finch OBE

Under Joanne’s leadership IGD has become a world-class source of international market intelligence, consumer insight, people development and supply chain best practice – right across the food and grocery chain, supporting companies large and small.

IGD brings the industry together under an impartial umbrella of collaboration. Joanne works with Chairmen and Chief Executives to drive programmes that promote sustainability, health and nutrition, food chain security, and consumer value.

Before joining IGD Joanne gained significant experience in retail buying, supply chain management and commercial projects at Marks and Spencer. She has a degree in Modern Languages from Manchester University and an MBA with Distinction from Stirling University.
