WHY ENTER?

The IGD Food Industry Awards are free to enter and will give you industry-wide recognition, media coverage and the opportunity to network with the big names in the food and grocery industry.

The awards are free to enter and are open to companies of any size. Being short listed or winning any of these prestigious awards could give your business a real boost. Past winners and runners-up have gained great PR, industry recognition and a real sense of team pride. Plus, you have the opportunity to network with the big names in the food and grocery industry on the night.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER?

Any company, of any size, in the food and grocery industry is eligible. Entrants range from specialist local producers, packaging companies and individuals to large retailers and international manufacturers. The judges will acknowledge the relative impact of the entries based on the company's size.

HOW DO I ENTER?

Simply choose which categories you would like to enter then download the entry forms from our list of awards, complete and return to us by 13th June 2012.

All entries are treated in the strictest confidence.

WHAT IS THE JUDGING PROCESS?

The first round of judging will be carried out by IGD’s in-house experts and then a shortlist will be invited to present to or be visited by a panel of expert judges. The Leading Edge Leading Light Award is judged separately and includes an online vote by Leading Edge members.

The winners will be announced at the IGD Food Industry Awards ceremony on 9 October 2012 where they will receive their award from the sponsor company in front of an audience of hundreds, including the industry’s big names.
