The average UK family consumes less than half the recommended amount of vegetables, largely due to lack of time. In response to this, Birds Eye devised a revolutionary sourcing and harvesting strategy to deliver a new ‘Field Fresh’ frozen vegetables range. Launched in 2010, the range has all the convenience of frozen vegetables but without compromising on taste or health benefits.

Zoe Hayward, Senior Brand Manager at Birds Eye Iglo, said, “We were thrilled to win the Nestlé Wellness Award for Birds Eye Field Fresh. Winning the award was really important to us, because it showcases Birds Eye’s long standing commitment to helping consumers achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle and diet.
