Following redundancy, Lotwina started her own business and launched 'Be fruity' natural fruit bars. The product is now found in a number of major multiple retailers. She said, "Winning the Leading Edge Leading Light award was the highlight of my year. Initially being shortlisted down to the final eight was pretty exciting, even more so to the final three, and finally succeeding was amazing. The other entries were of such a high calibre, I felt privileged to win.

The awards evening was really enjoyable and the atmosphere was great. Winning the award has provided excellent PR for Castus UK Ltd, especially being recognised alongside some of the industry's well established ‘giants’. Already, the award has been invaluable in opening doors which will pay dividends in the coming months. If you’re thinking of entering, go for it!"
