Over the last 12 months IGD has trained over 40 businesses how to ‘sell more and waste less’. Through one-day workshops we showed small food businesses how they could increase their sales and reduce costs both on and off the farm via extensively tested methods that were proven to deliver commercial benefits.
We are now making the information more widely available as this free online resource. The training material has been turned into fact-sheets, a step by step guide and also case studies to showcase how small food businesses have used the ideas behind ‘sell more and waste less’.
