The Dutch Competition Commission (NMa) has conditionally granted approval for Schuitema to acquire 79 former Super de Boer supermarkets, now owned by Jumbo Groep. The announcement forms part of the wider transaction that witnessed Jumbo acquire the entire Super de Boer business at the end of 2009.
